This place is disappointing. They leave out a sign that says no wait however we walk in, three people are ahead of us and our wait is 44 mins. Then it is finally our turn and I tell the lady that we are in a rush and only have 20 mins now. She tells me that she needs to go to the bathroom and does not return for another 5 mins. It’s a shame because I’ve had this person before and I thought she was nice. Very rude, lacks a sense of urgency for customer service and puts out dishonest signs. If I didn’t sign in at 5pm, go next door to eat and wait this long, I would leave. This will be my last time here.
